March 2016 - Managing director Tony smith is extremely passionate about personal safety & conflict management and has launched a safety workshop for school children aimed at teenagers.  The two hour training sessions are to highlight various safety concerns whilst providing solutions and pain free breakaway skills . Our training boosts confidence for teenagers, raises their social safety awareness ,and can  assist in dealing with low morale and bullying . Schools have welcomed our training and have allocated training sessions within the school schedules  to roll out out safety workshops. Our training can be used to address increasing safety concerns within secondary schools and assist with increasing awareness , ultimately  we want all children to be street wise. 

 

Febuary 2016 - Mission training have started delivering our first aid courses to children , we run our monthly courses on the last Saturday of each month at our canterbury training centre 6 to 11 year olds attend our morning sessions followed by 12 to 16 year olds in the afternoons.  Our courses are popular introducing the importance of life saving skills and how to react in an emergency situation whilst remaining calm. All junior attendees receive a mission training certificate and a valuable key ring to assist them in their future first aid efforts.

 


 

 

November 2015 - Mission training has seen a real interest in our Crime Scene preservation training , this has been from security officers , door supervisors and venue managers , the one day course enables a step by guide to managing a crime scene during the critical period before emergency services arrive . We deliver the training as a group booking or for individual attending our scheduled courses at our training centre .

 

April 2015 - Drive Me Crazy , our fun day driving activities have become more and more popular with groups attending the driving challenge day , slap stick fun games are included within our experiences , with all the fun you can imagine whilst sat behind the wheel of a car .

 


 

  

March 2014 - We were delighted to receive accreditation from Skills for Security for our Pit Safety Training course. We now deliver the course to SIA security personnel working at standing concerts. The one day course raises standards in safety awareness and professionalism and teaches manual handling skills.

 

January 2014 - We announced the First Aid funding programme. Some individuals within the home counties are eligible for FREE first aid training. All interested candidates are requested to call our training centre administration department for clarification on the funding criteria.

 


 

 

November 2013 - Paul Hennessey joined Mission Training as Training Manager. Paul delivers numerous training courses and brings years of experience from serving in both the British Army and Kent Police Tactical Operations.

 

During 2013 - Mission Training began providing training skills in Patient Care for security operatives within the NHS hospitals throughout East Kent, working closely with senior NHS managers we have delivered bespoke training to meet the demands, furthermore raising awareness and skill levels within the care industry.

 

March 2013 - We became accredited with Skills for Security to deliver our Rigid Handcuff Training Course. The training includes law and legislation and the practical application of rigid handcuffs.
